All subscription fees for trainer listings are non-refundable.

If a billing error occurs, users must contact FitnessMap365 within 14 days of the charge to request review and possible correction.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

FitnessMap365 reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
